Return Policy: If the laptop that you purchased from us works fine, but you don't like it for any reason, you can send it back for store credit within 7 days from your date of your Invoice. Your return must be authorized by one of our sales representative and you can use your store credit for future laptop purchases. If you don't want to buy another laptop from us, we can take back the products and issue a refund to you, but in this case we have to charge a 20% restocking fee.

Used-Laptop-Source.com offers a warranty policy giving our customers a great purchase with a worry free experience. We provide a warranty on any refurbished laptop for 6 Months on labor and 6 Months on parts. BATTERY AND ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE ARE NOT INCLUDED.

When we receive off-lease laptops, we check them out thoroughly. We completely evaluate the used laptop, then we perform a functional diagnostic test, clean the hard drive, reload an operating system and cosmetically inspect and clean the laptops.

Warranty is effective from the original date of purchase throughout the 6 Months. Exchanges and credits are included in the Warranty within the specified period stated on your invoice.

If you have a problem with an item that carries a Factory Warranty, you have to call the Manufacturer for all Warranty claims.

If you purchased the laptop with no operating system installed we will support hardware problems only. BATTERY AND ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE ARE NOT INCLUDED.

If you are loading your own Operating System, then you are responsible for loading the proper software that is needed to operate any peripherals attached to the laptop, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. The proper software includes the Operating System and any other software drivers needed to operate the laptop computer and its peripherals.

Used-Laptop-Source.com will repair or replace defective laptops returned to our facility, but you must first request Warranty Service. To request Warranty Service, you must first contact Used-Laptop-Source.com within the warranty period and state the problem. If Warranty Service is required, Used-Laptop-Source.com will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number.

First we try to solve your problem(s) over the phone. Before we can issue an RMA number or make any repairs, we must be assured that you are attempting to try the solutions given. This is required because we have received quite a few laptops that we tested fully functional, although that was not the customers intent. Please communicate with us, by describing the complaint in detail! When you contact our RMA department RMA@Used-Laptop-Source.com one of our representatives will issue you an RMA number. Please mark the RMA# clearly on the outside of the box. We ask that you please prepay the shipping charges to insure the shipment or you accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Used-Laptop-Source.com will ship the repaired or replacement laptop back to you with the freight prepaid.

Once your laptop is received here at Used-Laptop-Source.com, it will be evaluated and tested for the specific problem you described. Used-Laptop-Source.com has full control on whether we repair or replace the laptop(s). Malfunctioning laptops will be repaired or replaced unless the problem(s) can be repaired, then no refund will be issued. We stand behind our products and will make every effort to provide complete customer satisfaction.
